What is the difference between Learning and Scaling?+
Learning uses $2.50 CPM performance pricing for testing new formats. Scaling has no CPM charge and gives proven formats predictable monthly volume.
Is the CPM deposit an extra fee?+
No. The deposit is a prepaid balance used for Learning CPM charges. Unused balance stays available for future Learning posts.
Can I withdraw unused CPM balance?+
Yes. You can withdraw unused CPM balance. If the balance falls below the required reserve, Learning posts pause until it is topped up.
What counts as low balance?+
Low balance means your CPM balance is below 20% of the required deposit. A $100 deposit gets low below $20, $500 below $100, and $1,000 below $200.
What happens if a post goes viral?+
It depends on your plan. On Learning, CPM charges are capped at $250 per post, so a viral post cannot create unlimited spend. On Scaling, you pay the same flat per-post rate with no extra charge—the additional views simply lower your effective CPM.
Why is a deposit required for Learning?+
Learning pricing includes view-based CPM charges after posts get views. The deposit keeps posting active without waiting for end-of-month billing.
